Spacechem has imported automatic Fabrication and Assembly Lines comprising of CNC Plate Cutting Machine, Assembly Machine, Submerged Arc Welding, Straightening and Face Milling Machine followed by CNC Drilling, Blasting, Metalizing and Airless Painting to deliver high quality steel girders as per client’s specification.
Spacechem is approved by RDSO for fabrication of steel girders for bridges. Manufacturing shops of Spacechem at Ghaziabad are inspected and approved by RDSO for Steel Bridge Girders Fabrication.
Railway contractors of Road Over Bridges (ROBs) are sourcing their fabricated steel bridge girders, beams and boxes from Spacechem as RDSO is supposed to inspect the fabrication of all open web girders and first 1000 MT of plate girders for any vendor. RDSO shall continue to inspect girders as both external sources and internal sources are to be stabilized.
